司机醉驾摩托车撞人获刑4个月
本报讯(记者刘薇)马某醉驾摩托车将他人撞伤逃逸后自首。记者昨天获悉，顺义法院一审以危险驾驶罪从轻 判处其拘役4个月，并处罚金3000元。
5月的一天晚上，马某驾驶摩托车行驶至顺义区仁和镇临河村西口北侧时，与一辆同向行驶的自行车相撞，造 成骑车男子受伤，马某弃车逃逸，两个小时后又到交通队自首。经检测，其血液中酒精含量为96. 0mg/100ml，构成醉驾。法院认为，马某已构成危险驾驶罪，他逃逸后自首，且能积极赔偿被害人，因此对其从轻 处罚。
