have you simply changed the m'board and never the cpu & ram as well? if you have done the lot with a different brand/model of m'board you'll need to install the correct drivers. what sounds is happening is that more than 3 components have been changed the the incorrect drivers are installed for the m'board so it isn't allowing windows to start.if that is the case you can try a repair install or a clean install as that will be the only way around the problem and if you have altered the m'board cpu to something much faster you should also be buying new ms software as the eula only covers the original hardware and while ms is a bit lax on this one if you have considerably improved the performance of the unit they are quite within their rights to insist that you supply new software.col,
