  厨房也能健身?没错!新鲜吧,现在我就来和您分享一下我的绝招。
  (第一节踮脚尖)这个动作可以用在很多时候,洗碗或者洗菜的时候,让你的双腿稍稍用力,绷起脚尖,吸气 、抬起、呼气、放下,连续做几组,就可以拉长小腿肌肉,又可以减轻长期站立的疲劳。
  (第二节单腿站立)在站立劳动时就可以做这个动作,将重心放在一条腿上,另一条腿迈出一步,脚尖着地, 腿打直并向侧面提起,保持一小会儿,再交换一侧。这个动作也可以缓解腿部的疲劳,ad健腹器
