1、贫血:

过于消瘦者普遍存在营养摄入不均衡的问题,铁、叶酸、维生素B12等造血物质摄入不足。饮茶有很多好处,保 健功效显著。但医生指出:过量喝茶特别是浓茶会让人体内的铁流失,造成贫血.

2、十二指肠瘀滞:

过于消瘦的人,其肠系膜和后腹膜脂肪稀少,内脏下垂,致使十二指肠遭受压迫。食物难以消化,表现出腹部饱胀 不适,伴有疼痛或饭后呕吐。

3、记忆衰退:

消瘦的人体内脂肪摄入量和存贮量不足,机体营养匮乏,使脑细胞受损严重,直接影响记忆力。
