  吃蟹前可把蟹放入淡盐水中浸一下,使其吐出污水和杂质,煮前先洗刷干净。
  螃蟹的鳃和胃吃不得,光波炉的价格。打开蟹壳,两侧呈灰白色条状、柔软的就是鳃条,应弃除;在蟹壳前半部、眼睛下方,呈三角形的就是胃,要小 心分离后取出。
  蟹肉容易腐败变质,最好即吃即蒸,不要吃剩蟹。
