清晨醒来后,不妨花5分钟时间做以下这些运动,可以让你的身体尽快进入状态,水宜生价格,在感觉舒爽中开始新的一天。

膝靠胸运动 仰卧,双腿伸直,抬起右腿,把双手放在大腿后面抓紧。轻轻地把膝盖拉向胸部,直到感觉大腿后侧轻微的拉伸。 保持这个动作5到10秒。然后抬起头,把前额抬向膝盖,再保持5到10秒钟,慢慢地回到初始位置。换左腿重 新做。每条腿做3次。

脊椎扭转运动 仰卧,膝盖弯曲,双脚平放在床上,双臂放在身体两侧伸开。慢慢地把膝盖转向左侧,光波炉批发,同时上半身转向右侧,尽量让自己感觉舒服,让肩膀贴在床上,身体放松,保持这个动作5到10秒钟,然后慢 慢地回到初始位置。换右侧重新做,加湿器价格。每侧身体做3次。
