　　昨日下午，一纸公告贴到孟老太家墙上。公告显示，针对房管局1月份的裁决书，孟老太家未在法定期限内申 请行政复议或向法院起诉，亦未自觉履行腾房义务。朝阳区房管局向朝阳法院申请强制执行，请求对她家住房及自 建房进行强制拆迁。法院裁定准予强执,air max online。

　　今年1月10日，孟老太接到朝阳区房管局的《房屋拆迁纠纷裁决书》。裁决书显示，孟老太应得拆迁款98 万元。经调解,karen millen dress，拆迁方将另支付搬迁综合补助费92万元，三个月内保留高碑店北花园定向安置房的权利。如放弃购买，另给购 房补助100万元。据此估算，孟老太一共能获得290万元。
