　　均：就是营养均衡。据不完全统计，现在中年男性有58%的人体重超标，其中28%的人已经有脂肪肝的变 化。大量高脂肪、高蛋白饮食摄入,光波炉和微波炉的区别，使机体产生大量的热量和脂肪，加上平常缺乏运动，很容易出现心血管和肝脏等主要器官发生异常。因此中老年 人应该格外注意营养均衡。平常用餐宜多食各种蔬菜、豆制品、水果等，每天喝一杯牛奶，进食一个鸡蛋，二两精 瘦肉（如牛肉、猪肉、鱼肉等），三种蔬菜，两种水果,加湿器价格，这样对于保肝养肝大有好处。
