Default 使用不锈钢餐具有禁忌

不锈钢由铁、铬、镍合金,再掺入钼、钛、钴和锰等微量元素而制成。其金属性能良好,制成的器皿 美观耐用,盟特新奇特加盟。然而,不锈钢厨具如果使用不当,光波炉原理,重金属元素就会在人体中慢慢“累积”,危害健康。使用不锈钢餐具,加湿器,应注意如下禁忌——


1.忌贮存过酸、过碱的食物。不锈钢餐具不宜盛盐、酱油、菜汤等,加湿器厂家,也不宜盛放酸性果汁。因为这些食物中的电解质能与餐具中的金属元素起复杂的“电化学反应”,使其中元素过 量溶解释出。

2.忌煮煎中草药。因为中草药成分复杂,大都含有多种生物碱、有机酸。在加热时,很易与不锈钢中某些成分起 化学反应,使药效下降,甚至可能生成某些毒性更大物质。

3.忌与铝餐具搭配使用。一因两者硬度不同,合用时后者更易受损;二因铝和铁是两种化学活性不同的金属,当 它们以食物中某成分(如盐、酸等)作为电解液时,铝和铁就能形成一个“化学电池”,使更多的铝离子进入食物 中。“铝中毒”表现为智力下降、记忆力衰退和老年性痴呆等。

4.忌用强碱和强氧化制剂洗涤。如碱水、苏打和漂白粉等。因这些强电解质同样会与餐具中的某些成分起“电一 化学反应”,从而侵蚀不锈钢餐具,使其溶出有害元素。

5.忌大火烧煮食物。因为不锈钢导热系数小,底部散热慢,如火力过太,可使底部烧焦、结块。


6.劣质的不要购买。因为这样的不锈钢餐具原料低劣,制作粗糙,含有多种有害人体健康的重金属元素,尤其是 铅、铝、汞和镉等。
