10人乘坐三轮摩托车翻下深谷7人死亡2人失踪

　　救援人员分成两队继续搜寻失踪的两人。救援队伍分为两组，一组从山坡后出发，一组沿河谷进行搜救，但一 直未找寻到失踪者。只是从山坡后出发的一组曾在较远的一处山坡上发现有一个亮点。当时还以为是一名失踪者， 但走近才发现原来只是散落在此的一件衣物。

　　批大博说，失去亲人后他也曾一度不想活了，但看到四周悄无声息，方圆几百米内只有他一个人，想着要收殓 遇难乡亲们的遗体,华夏黑客基地，定了定神后他才掏出电话报了警。


　　官兵们站在便道上向下看，只见肇事的摩托车已严重变形，外壳已脱离，整个车体淹没在河水中 ,QQ相册密码破解方法。沿着摩托车翻滚的印迹，山坡上散落着很多衣物和物品。站在山坡上，隐隐约约还能看到山谷下遇 难者的遗体。

　　17日下午4时20分许，怒江傈僳族自治州福贡县鹿马登乡腊马洛村的9名村民，赶完集后一起搭乘一辆三 轮摩托车回家。车行至腊马洛村乡村公路K1＋830米处时，不慎失控连车带人翻下一旁的深谷中，造成车上1 0人中有7人当场死亡，两人失踪和1人受伤,手机监听器。
　　为了稳定批大博的情绪，福贡边防大队专门派大队医师、国家二级心理咨询师栾利文到医院对其进行心理疏导 。在人们的帮助下，批大博讲述了事发当时的情况。

　　事故发生后，怒江州政府高度重视。福贡县民政、监察、交通、安监、公安等部门共计200余人陆续抵达事 故现场。救援人员分成两组，一组对河中央的遇难者实施营救，并搜救失踪人员；另一组对陡坡上的遇难者进行搜 救。



　　事发当晚，救援人员将批大博送入了福贡县人民医院，经过医生的处理，批大博已无大碍。他的妻子、儿子均 在事故中遇难，两个多月大的女儿下落不明。由于在事故中受到惊吓和失去了亲人，批大博情绪一度失控，在与救 援人员沟通时，基本上是讲一句、哭一次。

　　30多岁男子批大博是唯一幸存者跳车逃生捡了一命

　　天空下起了绵绵细雨，可是驾驶员和一个刚满两个月大的孩子仍然不知下落。“希望他们能生还，或许他们只 是躲在哪个角落里没出来……”抱着一线希望，救援人员再一次使用绳索和竹竿在湍急的河流中展开搜索两名失踪 者。此时，天色已越来越黑，能见度也越来越低。虽然救援人员手中的强光照明灯照亮了整个河道，但却仍然没有 发现两名失踪者的踪影。
　　第一支救援队赶到

　　据一名最先赶到现场的民警介绍，事发地地处山区，两边是大山，中间深谷地带是一条小河，由于近期连降大 雨，山谷中的河水流速十分湍急。而在一侧的大山半山腰是一条蜿蜒的乡村便道，事发时，肇事摩托车就是从距离 山谷160多米高的地段翻滚后坠入悬崖的。
　　下午6时05分，救援人员对腊马洛河中的遇难者进行营救。此时腊马洛河河水上涨，河流湍急，河中乱石重 叠。救援人员慢慢靠近河中的遇难者遗体，踩在乱石边缘，冒着失足河道的危险，从河中抬出遗体。


　　三轮摩托车上的10人中，只有30多岁的男子批大博一人幸存，他只是受了轻伤。
　　截止到18日下午5时 ，当地的搜救仍在进行。


　　18日上午8时


　　批大博说，车子翻下去后看到距离那么高，他意识到老婆和儿女很难活命了，一转念自己也不想活了，于是他 翻爬起来挣扎着往上爬，等爬上公路，又转念下到河谷底去找妻儿。刚下到河谷，批大博首先找到了儿子，已没了 气息，在不远处的河水中，批大博又找到了妻子的尸体，但尚在襁褓中的女儿却怎么也未找到。

　　他回忆说，17日是鹿马登乡的赶集日，和往常一样，腊马洛村的很多村民都从山上下来乡上赶集。他们一家 4口人和同村的另外5人一起搭乘本村此红于驾驶的三轮摩托车回家。由于搭乘人较多，平时只能坐3个人的摩托 车显得十分拥挤，开得也比平时慢。
　　仍有两人失踪
　　接近晚11时，事故现场7具遇难者遗体都被搬运到了临时安放点。
　　看着车子向山坡下滑落，批大博本能地往外一跳，得以逃生，其他人则随着摩托车一起坠下了深谷。他是在摩 托车滑到路边就向外跳车了，等他爬起来才发现自己已跌落在距离路面约20多米的一个土坎上，动了动身体，发 现自己只是受了伤，命还在。
　　当日下午5时10分许，福贡边防大队的第一支救援队伍赶到了现场，官兵们一边勘查地形，一边迅速投入了 救援。


　　“由于这几天连续下雨，上山的道路很滑,手机窃听。车开到半山腰时，轮胎打滑，摩托车卡进了一个死角走不了。当时此红于就想倒一把车再前进，哪想到倒车过程 中，摩托车失去了控制向山崖下滑。车上的人看到都很惊慌，但还来不及反应，就连车带人一起滚下 去了。”
