The order comes afterward one inquiry into a grumble filed at an Italian advocacy group for people with Down syndrome, Vividown, and the boy's father.
The video was filmed from a mobile call and posted on the site in 2006. It shows four masculine lofty school students in the Italian metropolis of Turin humiliating the youth.
Although official placard of the decision had already to be received, a Google lecturer said in a statement the case risked setting a worrisome precedent. Google did not deem it should be penalized for the access its site was secondhand by third parties, he said.
When news of the case broke in July
