夏天虽然不会像冬天一样让人恋床贪睡,但是,保持睡眠充足也是必须的。那么在夏日炎炎的日子里,哪些人最容 易睡不好呢?医生指出,夏天有三种体质的人群最易出现睡眠问题,分别是:气郁质、气虚质和阳虚 质。

●气郁质
