运动两分钟身体有反应
据专家介绍说,人在刚开始运动的两分钟内,体内的能源供应可随时间的推移而发生变化。在刚开始运动的20秒 内,体内的肌肉是靠A TP(三磷酸腺苷)及C P(磷酸肌酸)供应能量的。假如运动持续的话,体内的糖代谢活动开始启动。随着糖的分解,机体又产生一定量 的A TP,以满足肌肉活动。若进一步运动,脂肪代谢的过程就开始了,用以提供能量。
  30分钟散步相对有效
医生指出,要使脂肪燃烧的话,就需要多花一点时间。比起普通步行来说,跑步能使脂肪燃烧时间提前,可是机体 容易产生不适感,而且在运动后可能会出现血压升高、胸闷、关节及肌肉疼痛,还容易发生心肌梗死。所以患有糖 尿病等慢性疾病的人应注意控制运动量。日本学者曾做过一个实验,光波炉,让甲组缓步行走60分钟,让乙组以普通速度走30分钟,让丙组以全力快速走15分钟,然后对三组人加以比 较。他们发现,丙组运动之后血糖马上升高,135-6675-3363,但是甲组和乙组运动后血糖值比较稳定。不难看出,30分钟的散步是相对安全有效的运动方式。
