金沙土豆泥&shy;
原  料: 土豆、咸蛋、盐、味精、香油、葱。&shy;
&shy;操  作:&shy;
1、将土豆去皮切片蒸熟压抑成泥,将咸蛋蒸熟取蛋黄压制成泥待用。&shy;
2、锅中放油烧至5成油温时,下咸蛋黄,炒香后加入土豆泥一起翻炒,放入盐、味精、香油炒匀,起锅时滴入香 油,撒上葱花即可。&shy;
&shy;
&shy;红烧牛肉马铃薯
&shy;原  料: 牛腿肉肉150克,马铃薯100克,酱油15克,精盐、葱段、姜片各适量。&shy;
&shy;特  色: 肉酥烂,薯面香,儿童喜吃。马铃薯有跟中调胃、益气健脾等功能,与牛肉合用,养分更加丰盛、全 面,ナイキ エアフォース1,可增进儿童健康的发育成长。&shy;
操  作:&shy;
(1)将牛肉洗净,切成小方块;马铃薯洗净,削去皮,切成滚刀块。&shy;

原  料: 鲜鸡半只,土豆3个、蘑菇、青辣椒红辣椒个1个、葱姜蒜若干、花椒、朝天辣椒一把(因人而异) 。&shy;
&shy;操  作:&shy;
(1)、锅内到油,把花椒炸透。&shy;
(2)、倒入鸡、葱姜蒜、朝天辣椒。翻炒几分钟,倒入酱油和水,加入砂糖、盐、料酒,蘑菇,焖十五分钟&s hy;
(3)、加入土豆,继承小火炖至土豆熟为止。&shy;
(4)、加入青辣椒红辣椒,起装点色彩的作用,辣味重要靠朝天椒了&shy;
(5)、翻炒一下就可以出锅装盘了&shy;

&shy;香煎土豆饼&shy;
原  料: 土豆、猪肉、盐、味精。&shy;
&shy;操  作:&shy;
1、土豆两个蒸熟剥皮,用机器打成酱状。&shy;
2、将炒熟的碎猪肉、盐、味精拌入土豆泥,做成饼状。&shy;
3、入锅,用小火煎。&shy;
4、煎至一面焦黄,翻转,改煎另一面。&shy;
5、煎至两面焦黄,起锅,装盘。&shy;
&shy;
&shy;炸薯条&shy;
&shy;原  料: 土豆2个/盐、胡椒适量/番茄酱适量。&shy;
&shy;操  作: 01.预备原料_将土豆削去皮,切成1厘米宽的方条。在水中浸泡大概一刻钟时间,然后沥干水分,最好用吸水 纸细心吸干水分。&shy;
02.下锅炸_将油倒入锅中加热,然后将薯条放入锅中,炸至呈金黄色后起锅。&shy;
03.装盘_炸好后将油沥干,趁热撒上盐和胡椒。&shy;
贴士:最好不要偷勤用超市卖的现成冷冻薯条,因为只有土豆切出来的新颖薯条才会酥软可口。可以依据个人爱好 加入番茄酱。&shy;
&shy;
&shy;酸辣土豆丝&shy;
&shy;原  料: 1个土豆、小辣椒、花椒、蒜瓣。&shy;
操  作:
1、把土豆去皮切丝,越细越好,刀功啊~~再把青红椒切丝,蒜瓣切粒。&shy;
2、土豆丝切好,过冷水去淀粉,这样炒出的菜口感脆。&shy;
3、筹备好盐和白醋,用白醋会是菜品看着颜色清洁。&shy;
4、开火、坐炒锅、添油。&shy;
5、油温热时,把花椒粒放进去,炸出香味,花椒一定要捞出不要,油热时,把辣椒丝和蒜粒放入爆出香味。&s hy;
6、倒入土豆丝,掂锅翻炒多少下。&shy;
7、倒白醋,放盐,动作要快,再翻炒几下,使盐味更匀。&shy;
8、菜熟装盘、整形,一盘酸酸辣辣脆脆的土豆丝就可以上桌了。&shy;

&shy;凉炝香辣土豆丝&shy;
原  料: 土豆、蒜末、辣椒面。&shy;
&shy;操  作:&shy;
1、先切好土豆丝。&shy;
2、烧开水将土豆丝氽一下水,一定不要时光太长了,时间太长,土豆丝就不脆。&shy;
3、将烫好的土豆丝捞起,放在盆里,撒上蒜末、辣椒面(当时炸好的辣椒油也能够),不外不现炸的香。&sh y;
4、将锅里烧点油最好加点花椒(花椒油也行)烧冒烟了往土豆丝上一浇,然后盖上盖,闷一会儿)。 &shy;
5、放点盐、味精、少许糖(个人以为甜了不好吃)、白醋、香菜、淋点少许香油(可加可不加)。& shy;
6、边拌边尝滋味,少什么调料加什么调料,不加调料,你就尝完了。&shy;

&shy;香辣排骨焖土豆&shy;
&shy;
&shy;原  料: 排骨,土豆。&shy;
老抽(上色)、生抽(上味)、砂糖:适量、姜片:适量、料酒:15ML。&shy;
喜欢辣的,就用老干妈火锅料吧, 我加了一调羹,用豆瓣酱也行。或者罗唆不加辣味,味道就是酱排骨的味道了。&shy;
&shy;操  作:&shy;
1,小排骨,适量,剁成小段。&shy;
2,土豆削皮切小快,和排骨差未几大小。&shy;
3,锅上火,热锅凉油,等油热了,放入姜片,爆香。&shy;
4,爆炒排骨,炒干水分和腥气,エアフォース。&shy;
5,放入生抽,老抽,白砂糖和酒,翻炒几下,再加一点水。&shy;
6,放入土豆,可以先盖上锅盖焖一会儿。&shy;
7,放入适量辣酱,拌匀,加点水,而后就焖吧!等土豆烂了,大略是20到25分钟的样子就可以了。 土豆不要先过油,味道容易进去。&shy;

主料:小土豆&shy;
配料:豆瓣酱、老抽、白糖、盐、大葱、生姜、味精&shy;
制造:&shy;
1、 小土豆洗净去皮,切块。&shy;
2、 大葱、生姜切片。&shy;
3、 起油锅,爆香葱姜,放入豆瓣酱炒香,再放入土豆块、老抽、白糖、盐翻炒2分钟,加适量净水大火烧开,加盖小 火焖至锅内汤汁浓稠,加入味精调匀即可。&shy;

&shy;象山式烤土豆&shy;
主料:中等个土豆1公斤(也可以是2公斤、3公斤...........只有锅够大)&shy ;
辅料:葱头(用醋、糖腌过的,俗称荞头,没有的话可以用蒜头取代,味道就差远了)以及汁水&s hy;
调料:食用油(抉择项,可加可不加)、盐、味精&shy;
操作:土豆,连皮加辅料、调料加水放在高压锅里煮,待熟后冷却,翻开盖子持续煮至皮变皱即可。 &shy;
留神:要舍得放盐,否则皮很难变皱。&shy;

&shy;干煸黄金土豆丝&shy;
主料:土豆丝400克&shy;
辅料:花椒、加碘食盐、干辣椒、香醋、大蒜、生姜、芝麻香油&shy;
作法:

2、小土豆煮后捞起放到凉水里或晾凉后去皮(要是你不怕烫的话也可直接去皮),用小刀将土豆分解成丁备用& shy;
3、起油锅将油烧至六成热时放入辣椒面或蘸水鱼调料,稍微爆香一下即放入土豆丁翻炒(别把辣椒面炸糊了,四 肢的麻利水平和火候一样主要,翻炒要将辣椒面平均裹在土豆丁上),加入盐,葱花,临起锅时加蘑菇精拌匀起锅 。&shy;

主料:土豆、南瓜&shy;

后起锅(水要多加,大火煮食比较费水,容易干锅),见洋葱熔化即可,参加咖喱(咖喱要预先用凉水调开),加 入盐、糖,转小火煮五分钟即可&shy;

&shy;西红柿土豆条&shy;
主料:土豆&shy;
配料:番茄酱、盐、酱油、柠檬酸(酸也可)、糖&shy;
作法:&shy;
1、土豆洗净切条(所谓条,是由于接下来的烹煮进程比较长,细丝很轻易烂掉),土豆用冬土豆为宜,因为比拟 面,洗净去淀粉&shy;

首先把土豆煮熟去皮捣成土豆泥,再把肉糜放进去,加调料(胡椒粉 盐 糖 鸡精 料酒)拌匀&shy;
起油锅 用小勺把肉糜土豆泥舀成小饼或小丸式的,放入油锅里炸至金黄色即可。可沾辣酱吃。也可红烧(加一个青椒)放 入锅里加点酱油 糖 勾芡即可出锅。&shy;
