指甲长得过慢也预示某种疾病

　　手指甲和脚趾甲是皮肤的附件，它们不断生长，保护手脚。据南非著名健康网站“健康24”近日报道，研究 人员发现，脚趾甲中的一些物质能够反映人体健康程度，如果长得过慢，也预示着一些疾病。
美国加州大学韦尔博士领导的研究小组对62641名妇女的脚趾甲进行观察检测，发现脚趾甲中的一些物质含量 与高血压、糖尿病、心脏病的发病率都有一定联系,光波炉价格。其中,光波炉团购，905名确诊心脏病的患者，脚趾甲中尼古丁水平比其他人高一倍,光波炉的危害应注意几点，这与他们吸烟习惯有关。研究人员分析，比起手指甲，脚趾甲的生长速度较慢，其中的一些物质更加稳定，可以 作为一种测量方法。
另外，研究者还指出，脚趾甲的生长速度受健康、季节和运动的影响，一般白天比晚上快，夏天比冬天快，平均每 天长0.05毫米左右。脚趾甲生长速度比较慢的人，可能更不爱运动，体内一些微量元素也可能不 足,光波炉和电磁炉的区别，因此他们患心血管疾病的风险可能也会更高。
