 贪食端午粽除了会“食滞”外,还会引发慢性病!医生提醒:每年端午节前后胃肠道病人会明显增加两成左右, 市民小心乐极生悲。
  老人小孩不宜多吃
  “吃粽子也会引发慢性病,如糖尿病、心血管疾病等。
”广州邮电医院内科主任林卓棠说,粽子中糯米粘度高,难以消化,容易使消化功能差的人肚腹闷胀,有的甚至一 吃就“滞”。而甜粽由于含糖分较多,容易提升人体内血糖含量,故糖尿病者不宜吃用。老人、小孩不宜多吃,因 粽子易致腹泻、便秘。
  广州市一医院消化疾病专家李瑜元指出,粽子属于高热量、不易消化的食品,因此在食用时应注 意量的控制。
  以1只粽子为例,若包了猪肉、香菇、葡萄干、虾米、蛋黄、花生等馅,热量约为500~650千卡;人们 常爱吃的肉粽,热量约200~250千卡。“高热量、难消化,当然会影响正常消化系统的工作,抵抗力稍差的 人就会生病。”
  早晚吃粽子易患胃病
  端午节前后不少市民喜欢拿粽子当早餐吃,个别酷爱粽子的市民甚至放弃正餐,顿顿吃粽子。事实上,这种做 法不仅会影响正常的消化,加湿器价格,还会伤害你的胃部。
  邮电医院林卓棠主任说:“食物消化从胃到肠至少需要停留6个小时。一大早就吃粽子,停留在胃里的时间则 更长,刺激胃酸分泌,可能导致慢性胃病、胃溃疡的人发病。另外,临睡前绝对不能把粽子当夜宵,否则一晚留在 肚子里不容易消化。
  贴心提醒:
  1,吃粽子时最好能同时喝茶水,光波炉批发,帮助吞咽和消化,每次少吃一点,可选择迷你粽子;
  2,许多人会因粽子吃得多而肠胃不适,光波炉正品,主要是忽略了青菜、水果的摄取,光波炉正品,造成纤维不足,因此吃粽时应该搭配凉拌青菜、水果沙拉;
  3,粽子要充分加热,煮热变软后才能吃;
  4,如有胃病的人吃粽子可选白米粽,别粘糖,不要吃得太甜;
  5,有胆结石、胆囊炎和胰腺炎的病人,不要吃肉粽、蛋黄粽等脂肪、蛋白过高的粽子。时报记者蔡民通讯员 黄晓蕴
