Both Republicans and Democrats are promoting tours that are traversing Wisconsin to acquire final minute support for incumbent and recall candidates statewide.  In the first straight recall test on July 19th, Democratic State Sen. Dave Hansen survived a Republican recall effort by defeating his Republican challenger by 35 percentage points.  Now recall efforts are laser-focused on August 9th while 6 recall elections take location.
Today in La Crosse, the “Wisconsin Truth Tour” coiled into town sponsored by the Wisconsin AFL-CIO.  The tour is currently visiting small and large cities from Merrill, to Milwaukee, and Oshkosh to La Crosse to heave awareness ashore the regional impact of Governor Walker’s allowance.  In La Crosse, the tour was accustomed to assist assist the candidacy of Jennifer Shilling [D] to replace incumbent Senator Dan Kapanke [R] in the upcoming recall election.   Phil Neuenfeldt, chancellor of Wisconsin’s AFL-CIO spoke to the audience of approximately several hundred people of the “devastating allowance and alignment breasting measures” by the state legislature, and the “effect aboard instructors, police, firefighters, and union employees.”

In this environment, We Are Wisconsin is penetrated as anti-Governor Walker budget and policy.
This weekend, the headquarters of We Are Wisconsin were destroyed in a blaze in downtown La Crosse as reported by United Press International and the La Crosse Tribune. The blaze destroyed 6 rooms, a storehouse, and caused the evacuation of the contiguous campaign headquarters of Jennifer Shilling. The We Are Wisconsin headquarters were described as a total loss, yet representatives “are still charging forward” and are already relocated to another bureau. Capt.
