  据土耳其健身专家今天表示,许多现代女性花费昂贵的会员规费,前往所谓的健身俱乐部做些枯燥重覆的动作 ,只为减肥保持身材苗条,盟特新产品厂家,其实只要居家做些家务事,就可达到减肥健身又省钱的双重效果。
  土耳其国立地中海大学体育学系教授欧翟接受中央社记者电话访谈时表示,一般减肥健身之道主要是改变饮食 习惯以避免摄取过多热量,以及多做活动以消耗体内多余热量,健尔马足疗机三代,尤其是长期居家的家庭主妇,更应注意这两项。
  欧翟说,光波炉批发,上健身院或美容院运动,需要花费昂贵金钱及时间,而居家勤作家务却是减肥及健身的最佳且收效最快之道,因 为医学研究已发现,勤作家务至少可消耗体内百分之四十的热量。
  欧翟提出分析报告说,以下各种不同的家务事,平均每分钟可消耗的体内热量,分别是:照顾婴幼儿:四卡路 里、烹饪:三卡路里、洗擦窗户:五卡路里、搬动家具:八卡路里、与子女玩耍:六卡路里、购物:四卡路里、洗 擦地板:五卡路里。
  此外,女性居家如果成天看电视,平均每分钟也可消耗一卡路里,睡觉一分钟也可消耗一卡路里,即使呆站不 动一分钟也可消耗一卡路里。但欧翟提醒说,盟特新产品,饮食专家表示,每周必须减少七千卡路里热量,才等于减少一公斤体重。
