二千多年前,古代养生学家就深知“饮食有常节,起居有常度”的重要意义,强调“春夏养阳,秋冬养阴”,顺乎 自然,适应寒温,谨于修养,精神内守,故能长寿延年,光波炉官网,乐享天年。
