　　从案由来看，包括买卖合同纠纷42件，人身损害赔偿纠纷14件，产品责任纠纷2件，知识产权侵权案件( 主要为销售盗版光盘)6件，其他纠纷5件。

　　从审判结果来看，除今天的案件外，其他案件都已审结。其中以调解、撤诉形式结案的39件。

　　在不肯与当事人和解，最终以判决形式结案的案件中，家乐福败诉的有15件，败诉率超过一半 。
