　　踢踢腿：
原地踏步，上肢摆臂，下肢伸直，脚尖绷紧，尽量与下肢成一直线，尽量踢高一些，就像操练时正步 走动作。
梳头拉耳拍腰腿(整理运动)：
用手指当梳,健尔马足疗机二代，用指甲背面梳头，前向后梳30-50下，然后拉耳朵，拉耳尖5次，再拉耳垂5次，最后摩擦最外侧的耳轮20-30次。再用双手掌从腰部开始拍打到脚后跟，从小腿内侧到肚脐两侧，拍打2-3次，全套结束。
