licensed.I own a L-RL blazer, purchased new for $60. It was made in India and from the descriptions given of the Chinese-made models may be slightly better quality. None the less, it is fused (and quite stiff as a result) and though the fabric is not shiny, it is not very durable at all, tending to fray with very little wear. I keep it on hand for occasions where I do not want to risk damaging one of my better blazers. (I wore it last week on a rainy evening, to an event where I knew there was a strong possibility that I might not be protected from the elements at all times.)If you are patient
