女子花19万元买回假博士学位证书

　　晨报讯 (记者 郝涛)教育培训机构冒充美国公立大学中国学位管理办公室招生，自制钢印伪造外国的博士学历和学位。昨日，记 者从海淀警方获悉，民警成功破获该起诈骗案,cheap louis vuitton bags，涉案的三家培训机构及4名涉案的犯罪嫌疑人被抓获。

　　今年1月底，海淀分局东升派出所接到事主李小姐报案称，自己去年8月报名参加了某培训公司的学历培训， 该培训公司自称是美国公立大学在中国的学位管理办公室,coach outlet store，通过该公司的培训可获得由该大学颁发的博士学位证书,louis vuitton bags。在缴纳了近16万元的费用，并在公司安排下上了两节培训课之后，今年1月，该公司再次向李小姐收取3万元 的费用。随后，李小姐从该公司领到了这所外国大学颁发的学历、学位证书和国家教育管理部门的学 历认证证书,louis vuitton outlet。民警将证书送到教育部门进行鉴定，经该部门鉴定和证实，所谓的学历认证证书和所盖的公章根本 就是伪造的。
