男副处长携两名同性情人受贿超百万

　　周某的案子，要从1999年说起，当时，他的职务是杭宁高速公路管委会办公室主任助理、杭宁高速公路二 期招标领导小组成员。

　　5年前，他又有了新目标，当时只有20岁的小邱，一来二去，两个人终于“走”在了一起。
　　周某，今年54岁，落马之前是省公路管理局建设处的副处长，再向前推，他的工作经历，也都和公路建设有 关。

　　2009年，周已经出任公路局建设处的副处长，初步设计审查专家组组长。
　　周某在与何某保持着这样的关系的同时，却并不“专一”。
　　到了2002年，周某在一条国道的改建工程给另外一个公司“提供帮助”，又收了29万元。
　　既然是招标领导小组的成员，自然知道各项目的标底。


　　最终，一家公司的高管吴某“攻下”了周某，知道了一个标段的标底，最终顺利中标。


　　于是，周把标段的标底告诉了何，再让何泄露给了一家道路建筑公司,手机盗听器定位器。


　　周某不但爱钱，还爱“交朋友”，而且，是男朋友。
　　不过，这次周某不出面了，他要把这笔好处让给“男朋友”何某。
