中国要向日本学习什么

地理距离上,我们离日本很近,但在内心,却无穷遥远
我记得我1996年第一次从香港飞美国的纽约,在洛杉矶转折,到达纽约时人已经精疲力竭,感觉美国很遥远, 在地球的另外一边.
今年6月29日,我们一行9人从广州新白云机场起飞,3个小时,就下降在大阪的关西国际机场,就好像坐国内 航班似的.如果从上海腾飞,更短,只有一个半小时.如果从辽东半岛的大连去日本,就更近,一个 小时就到了.
从地舆间隔上看,我们确实离日本很近.
从文化上看,你到日本,到处能看到汉字,它的标识系统,你能看懂个7-8成,上洗手间、找楼层,你基本没有太大问题.
你再去日本的寺庙,比方净水寺,基本和中国的差未几,抽签、打卦,基本都有,日本光在古都京都,大大小小的 寺庙有8000座.
再看日本人,和中国人差不到,所以很多欧美本国人是把日本人和中国人混杂,常问的一个问题:A re you Japanese?
虽然你在日本的大巷上可以看懂很多汉字,但你根本听不懂日本人在讲什么,他也听不懂你讲什么,所以我们交换 还得用英文,一个中国人和一个日本人在日本土地上讲英文,就像鸡同鸭讲,很幽默的一个局面.
为什么中日民众的心理详细比美国还要遥远?因为他们在心理上已经脱亚入欧,而我们在和日本人来往时,因为两 国的特别的历史和恩怨,交往比和美国人交往还要有阻碍.
你看日本有名私立大学庆应大学的开创人福泽谕吉的《脱亚论》,他同时也是日本明治维新的思维家,他的头像就 印在日本的钞票上,你就明白日本人已经是香蕉人:黄皮白心.我们中国人,也就是他们所称的支那人,在他们眼 里已经是落后的民族.
看看福泽谕吉《脱亚论》所写:
"我日本国土地处亚洲之东陲hh然可怜之有邻国,一曰支那,一曰朝鲜hh此两国者,不知改良之道,其恋古风 旧俗,千百年无异.在此文明日进之活舞台上,论教育则云儒教主义,论教旨则曰仁义礼智,由一至于十,仅以虚 饰为其事.其于实际,则不唯疏忽真谛准则,且极不廉耻,傲然而不自省.以吾辈视此二国,在今文明东渐之风潮 中,此非保护独破之道.若不思改革,于今不出数年,必亡其国,其领土必为世界文明诸国宰割无疑 ."
1894年甲午一战,开端印证福泽谕吉对于中国的预言.
真是一声叹气!
干净当面的力量
1996年第一次去美国,心理上很震动,也很好受,一个5000年历史的民族,怎么和一个建国200多年的 国家相差那么远,我们5000年不白活了?我们唐朝的GDP在哪里?我们宋朝的GDP在哪里?我们明朝的G DP在哪里?我们清朝的GDP在哪里?怎么都不见了?甚至,我们70年代的GDP在哪里?全体覆灭在我们本 人人手里.
为什么我们勤奋不致富?为什么我们学习不先进?我始终在检查:我们的苦难,重要是内源性的,外 患是次要的.
去日本最大的感想就是两个字:干净!比美国还要干净!花儿朵朵软件的马总去过基础所有的欧美的唐人街,发现 日本的唐人街最干净.
日本不仅仅是大城市的骨干道干净,连小街冷巷都特别干净.日本一家学术出版社的老板晚餐后带我们去他的出版 社和书店,在东京大学大门的正对面,要穿过一条小巷,当时还是晚上9点半,里面也是特别精巧和干净,更让人 吃惊的是小巷里的宁静,更正确应该叫安静.里面的路很窄,只能通行一辆车,但绝对没有乱停放.
我们去箱根的乡村地区,住在当地的日式酒店,应该有国内4星的尺度,酒店门口就是菜地和一条小溪,道路也是 特别齐整,溪流很干净,连途径的标识体系都很齐全.在日本感觉不到中国的地区发展不平衡:城市像欧洲,城市 像非洲.
日本的干净绝对是全面的干净,全国的干净,不像我们仅仅是核心区、体面区的干净.
在日本,你看不到有人砍树,他们国内的树是绝对不能砍的.我在日本就没有看见袒露的土地,全部要么是柏油路 ,要么是草地.
你在大城市最大的感触就是,空气中没有灰尘,连他们的墙面和玻璃都是特别干净,汽车也很多,jimmy choo on sale,但是没有尾气,更见不到冒黑烟的车.
在东京三天,我们基本没有碰到塞车,我问导游为什么?向导说:在日本周一到周五,普通的人甚至是老板,都不 开私家车上班,全部坐铁路和地铁上班,因为时间绝对有保障.在街上跑的基本都是营业用车.
日本的公共交通极其发达,日本的第一条新干线建成于1964年东京奥运会,到今天都运行得无比好,今天日本 全国建成了笼罩全国的铁路新干线系统,效力非常高,他们的铁路像公交一样运行,和地铁、公交接剥得异常好, 转车很便利.
所以像中国这么一个国家发展私人车是十分坏的国策,你看像香港、新加坡都限制私家车,而中国却对私家车没有 任何制约,为了一点面前的GDP,就义中国的长期发展潜力.
我见到北京一群高三毕业的学生游学拜访团,他们到日本7天了,我问他们有什么感触,他们答复:就是比拟干净 ,其余似乎没有什么!
岂非日本仅仅就是比较干净吗?这干净背后莫非真就那么容易吗?为什么我们做不到?因为我们没有公德心,所以 我们乱扔垃圾.为什么我们乱扔垃圾?因为我们的眼睛里能容忍脏,为什么我们的眼睛能容忍脏,因为我们的灵魂 能容忍脏.
一个人能容忍办公桌上的灰尘,他就能容忍工作的不完美.
干净和贫富没有必定关联,和追求完美有关.一个人可以穿一件打补丁的衣服,但可以干干净净.
我和你举个我们乡下老家的例子.我小时候,应该是30年前,中国应该是很贫困吧,我们村就有几家人比较干净 .为什么这几家人干净?因为他们的女主人爱干净.结果,我们村,也就这几家人有出息,孩子都考上大学,都成 了才.
女主人为什么爱干净?因为她们眼睛里无法忍受脏,她们也无奈忍耐不完美的事务,他们总想把事件做完美一些, 他们就把这个习惯传给了她们的孩子,她们的孩子也就比同龄人、比同村的孩子更追求完善、寻求完美,所以他们 有长进.
干净代表一个习惯,一种追求.广岛亚运会,揭幕式停止时,全世界的人发现,几十万人日本人退场后,在运动场 里,居然没有发现一张丢掉的废纸!是不是可怕的日本人?
再给你们讲一个朋友的故事,他在日本三菱重工工作,卖印刷机给大陆的印刷厂,他有一次带一个国内一个印刷做 的比较大的老板去日本参观,这个老板也做得比较大,发展得很快,有点志自得满.参观时,日本人让这个老板进 印刷厂前把鞋脱了,当他从印刷厂出来,发明白色得袜子竟然仍是白色的,全部印刷厂全部是主动化出产,就没有 几个工人.这和海内印刷厂环境是天地之别.当这个老板回国后,到处都在讲这个故事,这件事给他 极大的震撼.
我带队参观了东京的一所初中,他们的学校也特别干净,我们一进去需要换鞋,每个人有一个鞋柜,上面居然预先 写好了每个参观团团员的名字.
出来后,我就在想:为什么干净这么简略的事我们都做不好?
后来我终于明白了:
我们的幼儿园不干净,小学确定干净不了,小学不清洁,中学干净不了,中学不干净,大学干净不了.我记得我1 978年考上中大,当年的升学率很低,我们这些人也算是所谓"青年精英",但当时男生宿舍之脏、之臭,切实 是让人至今难忘,我就清楚:咱们这些人走上社会,社会也干净不了.
地铁里恐怖的皮鞋声
我们住在东京厅四周的京王酒店,邻近就有一个很大的地铁交流站,你早上来到这个地铁站,你看见洪水般的但有 序的人流,然而根本没有人讲话,更没有人大声讲手机,你只能闻声可怕的皮鞋声.
日本人做事是以不给别人添麻烦、不影响别人为原则,这已经成为他们灵魂深处的东西,已经完全内 化了.
我们的孔子所讲的"己所不欲勿施于人",也仅仅是在嘴上讲讲而已,我们的五讲四美三酷爱,也不外是写在墙上 而已.我们都是一群只会说,不会做的人,或者做也是做不到位的人,或做事打折扣的人,或者"说"是专门用来 骗人的.
你看党章写得多好,宪法写得多好,我们的政治科功课写得多好,全部是说说罢了,很多是不认真的 .
后来有人说:为什么中国一般大众都不遵守红绿灯?因为这个国家的社会上层把宪法都不当回事时,你怎么指望这 个国家的下层遵照红绿灯?新加坡最胜利的处所就是李光耀自己制订的规则自己首先遵守.
日本的教育和我们有什么差别?
我弟弟媳妇的姐姐晏青一家在日本已经7年,他们的孩子也在日本上幼儿园,我们晚上在一起聚首,我就特地问他 们:日本的教育和国内的教导有什么不同?
晏青告知我:日本人特别重视幼儿期的教育,所以很多母亲生了孩子之后辞掉工作全职带孩子,为什么?因为他们 以为孩子三岁前是幼苗期,特别重要(中国也有一句古话:三岁看大,七岁看老),一旦孩子的成长呈现问题,特 别难修改.而且日本人认为:让男人工作更勤恳一些,强度更大一些,收入更高一些,让母亲回归家庭,等孩子3 岁后再上班,对社会效率没有任何影响,但对下一代的成长特别有利.
另外他们对孩子造就的一个原则就是:七分饱、七分暖.他们基本不让孩子吃得太饱,也不怕孩子穿得太少,秋天 孩子穿个单衣在外面玩水他们也不怕孩子受凉,所以你在日本基本看不到胖子.
另外,孩子生病个别不像中国一样动不动打吊针,他们认为孩子有很强的自愈才能.
日本人均寿命是全世界第一,这也阐明日自己卫生前提、医疗条件、生态环境、饮食习惯、体育活动 都做的很好.
日本的幼儿园特别干净,孩子一到幼儿园就要换鞋,不让鞋子上的尘土带进学校.
另外,我感到日本的学校特别看重校服,他们的校服也特殊美丽,式样许多,唱工很好,我问他们为什么这么器重 校服?他们的回答让你线人一新:
一个人穿上制服,就是要告诉它:永远不要忘却自己的身份.任何一个人穿制服干坏事心坎总有一种 不安.
另外,日本人让人吃惊得就是,每个家庭都有家庭记账本,家庭主妇不记账是不可设想的事.
我记得在超市买东西,收银员一定问的一个问题是:是打印一张单吗?因为日本家庭主妇很多时候在超市买东西是 分单打印的,以方便记账.比如文具归文具、书籍归书籍、食品归食物,这样她们每个月就能做统计,家庭理财的 概念在他们很小的时候就在培养.
另外,日本还有一个有趣的景象就是,女人回归家庭,但是男人的钱袋却归女人掌控.每个月,女人给男人一些零 花钱,但男人还有一些加班费可以做私租金.
我问晏青为什么会这样?晏青的回答也是让我吃惊:女人回归家庭,如果再不掌控财政大权,这样女人就没有任何 保险感,这样的家庭也不稳固,也不利于孩子的成长.
我带队参观了东京的一家中学,和他们的校长、教务长、心理辅导老师座谈.
日本的中学特别重视着手能力,家政、缝纫、空手道、体育、兴致班全部开设,心理辅导老师的导入学生的日常学 习,因为他们发现很多孩子很早就有心理问题,所以每一个学校都有一个专职的心理辅导老师,我参观的那所学校 的心理辅导老师正好是一个华人,我就问了她无数的问题.
日本中学特别重视武士道课,他们每个学校都有专门的武士道馆,也常常有相干的竞赛,他们认为,武士道课能培 养孩子顽强的品德,永不服输的精神.
所以,我倡议中国教育部能把中国的武术列为中学的必修课.我中学时就特别留恋技击,少年的我盼望用暴力能转 变世界,后来发现行不通.
任何巨大的幻想都须要刚强的肉身能支持,一个手无缚鸡之力的书生老是没有自动性、进攻性、侵犯性的.中国几 千年的教育和科举轨制就是培育了太多这种手无缚鸡之力的书生,光会坐而论道,red wing,不会起而行.
当时我问了校长一个问题:你们是怎么培养日本学生的对规矩的遵守的?你们是怎么培养日本人视敬业为本分的? 你们是怎么培养日本人遵从精神的?
大而不当的故事
合法我在问校长以上问题时,马董事长给我递了一个纸条:
正心、诚意、平身、齐家、治国、平天下!
后来我出来后,问他什么意思,他说,你问题的谜底就在这多少句话里.成果我就跟马总争辩起来:
中国人就喜欢讲这些大而不当的大话,就好像向天空射箭,一定命中目的,但是无用.
讲大道理很容易,但要明白大道理后面的小道理,小道理后面更小道理的,并能履行的人,才是真的 深刻和伟大.
王阳明有一句话我特别爱好:知就是行,行就是知,知而未行,其实未知.很多情理我们好像是知道了,其实并没 有真正理解,因为我们没有起而行.
没有比敬业更好的爱国主义
在日本接收日本人最多的就是日本人的鞠躬,据统计,一个日本百货公司的电梯口的迎宾员,一天要鞠2500个 恭.
我作为一个企业的治理者,就非常明白,要每天这么鞠躬如许不容易,支撑他们这么长年累月做的是他们视敬业为 天职的理念.
好比我来日下一个命令,公司的保安明天开始给上班的客户鞠躬,明天他们可能能做到100%,后天他们可能就 打95折,大后天他们打90折,最后不了了之.
我有一句口头禅:没有比敬业更好的爱国主义.
一个老师,爱你的学生,这就是爱国,
一个编纂,出没有校订差错的书籍,这就是爱国.
一个警察,保一方安全,把本职工作做好,这就是爱国.我最反对的一句口号就是:有艰苦找警察.这其实是一句 很不负义务、也做不到的话,这话是一些政客做宣扬用,给一线的警察添了无数的和本职工作无关的 麻烦.
一个干净工,把它负责的地方搞得干干净净,就是爱国.
在网上做一个爱国主义者,不用付出成本和代价,太容易了.我要问他一句:你本职工作怎么样?这是辨别一个真 正爱国主义者的放大镜.
我们离日本有多远?
良多没有去过日本的友人问我:我们的经济发展程度到底离日本有多远?
我就反诘他:中国足球队离欧美强队有多远?
他就说:就单个队员技战术水平、体能来讲,好像水平很近,但整个队一旦上场打起来又好像差很远,因为:你基 本就没有赢的机遇.
我说:你这就讲对了,中国和欧美、日本等发达国家的发展水平差距,就好像中国足球队和欧美强队的距离,感觉 差不远,但实际差很远.因为人家已经霸住位了,你要濒临还容易,你要超越很难.
我们的生活水平上去了,生涯品质没有上去,我们的生活品质上去了,生活品位没有上去.
我当时就讲了一个例子:中国很多老板也能买奔驰车当座驾,但是永远不要忘了,坐奔驰的民族和造奔驰的民族绝 对是两个完整不同的民族.你有100多万人民币你就能买一架奔跑S320,但你要造出同样价格机能比的奔驰 车来,投资100亿下去,却未必能.
我这次也特意参观松下研究院,发现中国制造的一些幻觉.
很多商品背地印有Made in china,但其实是很多是组装在中国,设计不在中国,品牌不在中国、中心元器件不在中国、制造工具、机床 不在中国,市场渠道不把持在中国,还有,很多精细制造也不在中国,更不节制在中国人手上.
我参观了日本出版业最大的一家中盘,东贩的物流中央,他们的配货差错率居然控制在万分之二以内,这个错误率 相称于:你在一本新华字典里找到一个错字.日本真正强大不在于我们前台所看到的货色,而在于他们的后台,以 及这些能设计这些后盾的高素质的人才!
日本明治维新的一个小细节
我记得邓小平搞改革开放前,出了三次国.
第一次是去美国,卡特总统招待他,我想邓小平心境一定是不安静的:毛主席讲得错误,美国鬼子不 是纸老虎.
第二次是访问日本,坐了日本的新干线,他也一定感叹万千:小日本不可小看.
第三次是去新加坡访问,李光耀对他说:新加坡本来是一个渔村,新加坡人都是渔民,很落伍,我们经过20多年 的学习西方,也能搞成这样,中国有很多人才,如果改革开放,一定会比我们提高得更快.
邓小平回国后下定信心改造开放.
但这次我在日本发现,日本人当年明治维新,有一个很主要的细节:
1871年,日本派出以财政大臣大保利通,工商大臣伊藤博文(后来成为日本首相)为首的100余人访问团, 对欧美进行了长达22个月的超长期考察,对政府制度、司法机构、教育体制进行详尽的考察研讨.当时的美国总 统格兰特、英国的女王维多利亚、法国总统齐鲁、普鲁士皇帝威廉二世、俄国天子亚历山大二世都会面了日本使团 .
留神:日本的政治精英是花了22个月对西方的政府制度、司法机构、教育系统、包含宪法做了详尽的考核后,经 由当真思考后才真正启动明治维新的,包括他们采取德国的宪法.
而我们的邓小平却是三次访问,每次几天浮光掠影式的访问后回国启动改革开放,(这当然有他在文革中对旧体系 的深入反省),他后来讲的"摸着石头过河"是他内心的大瞎话.
所以,我们的改革开放,是没有经过对西方认真研究后而实行的,就好像要拆一栋旧楼建新楼,旧楼还没有拆,就 在旁边盖新楼,新楼的图纸还没有设计结束,就动工了.结果旧楼和新楼穿插在一起,怎么拆旧楼也 是一个困难.
心态决议将来
我们一行9人,一路参观一路辩论,在车上要抢发话器,也讲了很多关于日本的笑话,包括网上风行的武大郎和日 本的故事,全部表达了阿Q精神和精神成功法.
在中国演讲,要全面论述日本值得我们学习的地方,不是一件容易的事,反而满意中国人的虚荣心,是一件大快人 心的事.
我们这些年是言必GDP,GDP都成我们的图腾了,其实像防盗网、防盗门、桶装水这个工业的GDP整个就是 负的.
上海这些年进步很大,上海人很骄傲,但看看下面的数字,我想上海人、中国人紧急感会更强:
2003年的统计,一个东京的GDP,相称于20个上海,10个汉城,7个香港,5个巴黎,3.5个伦 敦.
同样是2003年统计,中国的GDP是1.4万亿美元,日本是4.3万亿美金,日本是中国的三 倍.
你要晓得,日本的人口是1.28亿,中国是13亿,中国是日本的10倍,而国土面积,中国事日本的26倍. 但是中国的国土有40%是不可用国土,而日本就没有沙漠,而且海岸线很长,大陆经济区域大,海产品极其丰盛 .所以从人均占领资源上来讲,我们并不比日本有优势.
我这篇文章写得特别艰巨,因为你要写日本民族很多值得我们学习的地方,要说很多我们民族的很多劣根性,而且 这些劣根性存在我们任何一个人包括我自己的灵魂深处和下意识的思维中.我曾在我公司内部就这个标题作过一次 报告,已经引起抗日青年的冲动,而后又在一家教育出版社做过一次,他们脸上好像没有什么反映(你这不是长敌 人的威风灭自己的志气?)让我不敢深入讲下去而转向企业敬业精力,结果让我这次演讲有些逻辑凌乱,主题不凸 起.一个人要否认自己而后自新自强都很难,何况一个有着5000年历史一直以大中华自居的民族.强者永远是 霸道的,你为了超越他们,你就不得不忍受他们的霸道,就像韩信要受胯下之辱一样.
强人又因为他们的强盛而是我们的师傅,门徒要超出师傅,除了放下架子全心全动向他们学习之外而后翻新并无它 法.中学为体,西学为用,这是张之洞的名言,但我感到我们的积弱绝对是因为体的问题,如果不深刻反思体的问 题,我们又怎么奢谈21世纪是中国人的世纪?
我们一定要虚心,我们曾经是日本的老师,但今天他们是我们的老师,所以我们的心态要归零,一定要把大中华、 小日本两个概念先去掉,这样才学的快,超越的快.
我们在说别人长处和我们短处的时候,并不表示我们自大,而是抒发我们的自新和自强.
祖上的光荣不讲或少讲一些也并不表现它不存在,而且一个民族的自负也不能树立在祖上的光彩上.
我们不自满,也不自信,我们兢兢业业,虚心学习,敢于立异.
我们今天的心态决定我们的未来.
中国应该勉励适度的经济爱国主义
任何一个感性的爱国青年应该明确:用一种不理性的方法爱国很可能是误国,口头上的爱国主义者太容易,实际上 的爱国主义者最难做.没有比敬业更好的爱国主义者,先把本职工作做好,过嘴瘾太轻易.
你可以表白对日本民族一些右翼分子逝世不认错的讨厌和不喜欢,但请用一种理性的方式,而不是漫骂的方式,而 且你不要因为这些情感而影响我们学习他们的优点.

正是因为韩国人的经济爱国主义,才培养起来像三星、古代汽车这些和索尼齐名的韩国跨国公司,也恰是这样,日 本人对韩国人才真正的尊敬.三星、现代就是我们当年甲午海战中能和日本军舰对抗的济远号啊!可是我们的民族 济远号跨国军舰在哪里?又有几艘可以跨海作战的跨国公司?
如果韩国人没有经济爱国主义,韩国绝对不可能有今天的经济成绩.像韩国在李承晚和朴正熙的军政 年代,wholesale polo shirts,他们的统治阶层,也绝对不必日本货.不像我们一改革开放,干部们出国,首先带的是日本电器.我们没有骨气 ,把所有恩怨一笔购销.
如果没有美国制约日本,世界会怎么样?
我感觉日本从制造业来讲,很多方面已经超越美国和德国,但为什么美国能制约日本呢?如果没有美国制约日本, 中国和日本的关系更难处置,全球能制约日本的也只有美国.
美国的厉害在哪里?我认为美国的软力气特别壮大.
第一:美国代表的是基督教文明.这个世界大局部的发现发明,都是基督教文化的结果,他们有一个独特的上帝, 日本人不属于上帝的子民.
第二:英语已经成为世界语,这给美国增加了极大的竞争文明上风,让它节俭了无数的本钱.你想中国人耗费在英 语学习上的时光和精神、财力有多少?可是你的英语再厉害也比不上他们的母语.
第三:软件基本都掌握在美国人手中.键盘是英语键盘,盘算机语言也是英语.
第四:美金.美金已经成为世界通用货币,美国人用纸印刷成钞票,成本多低?用它来换全世界的人最好的的商品 ,然后全世界的傻子又把换来的美金购置美国国债,美国人只要要在国际收支账本上记上几个数字而已.而且美国 人和英国人控制了寰球金融业,这是经济的命根子.
所以,我是坚定反对中国要那么多外汇贮备的,用不可再生资源、用我们的心血、用我们环境的损坏换来用纸印制 的美钞,而后再买美国国债,有弊病啊?我们应该让人民币成为国际货币流出去,至少成为亚太地域通用货泉.不 让人民币自在兑换,人民币就不能成为国际通用货币,所以这个限度国民币自由兑换的政策也是傻瓜 政策.
第五:军工产业美国绝对是第一,日本到当初也不能出口武器,虽然它即时可以制作世界上最好的兵 器.
第六:文化容纳性和创造性,这也是美国软气力最重要的一点.大和民族是单一民族,所以它的文化缺少包容性, 每年参加日本国籍的不到20000人,这和美国归化数量不可同日而语.自由是美国的立国精神,他们不仅仅有 舆论自由,而且有创立企业的自由,有创立非政府组织、宗教组织、慈悲组织的自由,所以美国这个民族的创造性 要高于大和民族.但日本人在美国人创造后不停改进的本事也是极其突出的.
