Default Windows 7 Starter Product Key blog apr-s-interview

Okay - here;s the circumstance: You interview having a enterprise (possibly by mobile phone or in-person). The recruiter tells you he will follow-up with you regarding a decision in 5 days. On the fifth day, you get an e-mail from the recruiter. Wow! You;re going to find out how you did in the interview! Are they planning to invite you for additional interviews? Did you get an offer?,Windows 7 Starter Product Key! Much to your dismay, the recruiter tells you he doesn;t have a yes or no answer for you yet. He;s still waiting to hear back from the Hiring Managers, and he;ll update you again in a few days. What;s the hold up? Well, first, let me say that while possessing to continue waiting is annoying, it sounds like you are dealing having a very professional and responsible recruiter. Secondly, don;t assume this “I don;t have an answer yet” response is a way to decline you without saying so directly. In my world, holding patterns after interviews (especially telephone interviews) are quite common, and sometimes no news is good news. Usually the issue is the recruiter thinks you are a good match a particular role but must await confirmation from the Hiring Manager or another recruiter before moving forward to the next step in the process. That waiting game is incredibly frustrating for everyone involved and just know the recruiter is doing everything he can to resolve the uncertainty. It;s in his best interest to get this resolved, too! So if your recruiter is telling you that he doesn;t have an answer for you just yet, what should you do? I;d suggest asking the recruiter if it;s okay for you to check back every 3 to 4 organization days to see if there are any new updates. Typically, the recruiter will say yes. If he doesn;t say yes, there may be a longer term issue present in which case you should ask the recruiter for an appropriate timeline for the process. If the recruiter has advised you check back every 3 or 4 days, do it! You won;t annoy him. I personally think candidate reminder e-mails help tremendously. Since the recruiter is also waiting for someone to get back with him, this reminder prompts him to check back with his contact on potential updates, and it also helps keep you fresh on his mind. Don;t be surprised (or angry) if the recruiter tells you he still has no updates. Just know you have someone on the inside working for you! If you are interested in the provider, hang in there. Some of the best corporate recruiters will work with candidates for months or even years before finding the best match. Don;t give up the faith. (And if you think you;ve found a diligent, professional recruiter, refer your friends!) gretchen
