  入秋之后,尽管昼夜温差变大,但是白天有时仍然很热,特别是秋后久晴无雨时,暑气更加逼人,民间素有“ 秋老虎”之说。但只要注意饮食,“秋老虎”是完全可以降伏的!
  首先,清热解暑类食品不能一下子从餐桌上撤除。一般来说,此类饮食能防暑敛汗补液,还能增进食欲。因此 喝些绿豆汤,或者吃些莲子粥、薄荷粥是很有益处的。此外,多吃一些新鲜水果蔬菜,既可满足人体所需要的营养 ,又可补充经排汗而丢失的钾。但经过一个长夏后,人们的身体消耗都很大,因此,在选择食物时,要注意其性味 ,不宜过于寒凉,例如:西瓜、梨、黄瓜等,其性味寒凉,多食可能伤及脾胃,不利于补虚。再者,饮食营养也很 重要,不能为了追求清热解暑,而使饮食过于清淡,事实上,有许多食品如鸭肉、泥鳅、西洋参、鱼、猪瘦肉、海 产品、豆制品等,既有清暑热又有补益的作用,可以放心食用。
  其次,燥是秋天的主气,秋燥之气最容易伤肺,应慎防秋燥。因此,人们每日应适当多饮些白开水、冰糖水、 清茶等,以滋润脏腑。同时,可选用下列食疗方——
  ①白木耳、黑木耳各10克,冰糖30克,炖服。有滋阴、补肾、润肺之功。
  ②黑芝麻15克,捣碎,和蜂蜜适量调服,可以滋阴润燥。
  ③瓜蒌根60克(研成粉)、首乌60克(洗净用布包好),粳米200克,共煮为粥,分次食用,可以滋阴 润燥。
  此外,可吃些雪梨、鸭梨,生食能清火,蒸熟吃可滋阴。也可服用秋梨膏、养阴清肺膏、龟苓膏等滋阴润肺之 品,均能防燥。
  在“秋老虎”这样的天气里,人们容易放松对寒凉的警惕性。特别是在夜晚,可能上半夜时还是闷热难当,但 下半夜或凌晨时就有可能转凉,因此,早晚要注意加衣,不要赤膊露体,防止受寒,健尔马足疗机官方网
