Our programs incorporate a variety of wellness practices including yoga, meditation,
Office Home And Business, martial arts, massage therapy,
Windows 7 X64, acupuncture, Reiki, and many others. We provide tools to veterans so that they can participate in their own healing. Many veterans find that these wellness practices, in conjunction with traditional therapies help them manage and process their combat experience and “navigate life after war”.
