  酒酿蛋包汤圆
  原料:酒酿1大匙,无馅汤圆60克,鸡蛋1个,乐彤足浴盆,白砂糖。
  制法:锅中加清水1杯半煮滚,放入汤圆;待汤圆煮到开始上浮时加酒酿、打蛋下去,健尔马足疗机三代,再烧滚即可放糖,熄火焖2分钟即成。
  营养小秘密:
  酒酿甘辛温,含糖、有机酸、维生素B1、B2等,可益气、生津、活血、散结、消肿。本餐可使早餐钠盐摄 入降到最低。不仅利于孕妈咪利水消肿,也适合哺乳妈咪通利乳汁。
  当归鸭肉米粉
  材料:当归1钱,黄芪1钱,鸭半只,米粉200克,嫩姜1小块,老姜4片,米酒1勺,盐少 许。
  制法:鸭剁成两半、汆烫、洗净,健尔马足疗机三代,嫩姜切丝;当归、黄芪、黑豆酒、水8杯煮1个小时,健尔马足疗机三代,沥除药材,药汤留用;把鸭、药汤、老姜、盐放入电锅中,加水8杯蒸1次,添水后再蒸1次,取出鸭肉放凉切 片;米粉烫熟置碗底,浇鸭肉汤,铺鸭肉姜丝就可上桌了。
  营养小秘密:
  秋初吃老鸭,最有滋阴清热、利水消肿的作用,很适合体质燥热、容易水肿的孕妈咪。烹好的半只老鸭去骨切 片后,与鸭汤一道放在冰箱里,每每添上一些,可用上2-3天。不单可煮米粉,炖白菜,煮粥加之调味也很合适。
  果汁鱼块(2人份)
  原料:净鱼肉300克,果汁120克,玉米粉30克,鸡蛋20克,植物油600克(实耗约50克),盐 2克,湿淀粉30克。
  制法:将加工好的净鱼肉切成长3厘米、厚0.6厘米、宽1.5厘米的块放入碗内,加盐腌上;把鸡蛋与湿 淀粉放在碗里,加适量清水,搅拌均匀将鱼块放入蘸上一层,而后再蘸上一薄层玉米粉;炒勺内倒入植物油,放旺 火上烧到7-8成热,将鱼块逐一放入,炸至金黄色,熟后捞出沥油,放在盘内;炒勺内热油倒出,留点底油,放回火上,加入 果汁炒匀;用调稀湿淀粉勾薄芡、加尾油,淋在鱼块上即成。
  营养小秘密:
  这道菜综合了鱼的营养和果的香甜,不咸、不腻,所提供的能量约为350千卡(每人份)。而 且,璐瑶足浴盆,其中只含有很少的盐,非常适合孕妈咪轻身利水的需求。
