Pros
Smaller disk and memory footprint. Faster installation, startup, shutdown. Stable. Less intrusive. Taskbar icons more flexible. New home networking capabilities, including media streaming. Working with external hardware is easier. Multitouch support. Nice new eye candy.
Cons
Keeps the Registry and some other Windows baggage. Performance not a huge gain over Vista. A bit pricey for upgraders.

Bottom Line
Microsoft's new OS is a big improvement over Windows Vista,
Windows 7 Home Premium Key, and because it's based on the same underlying kernel code there should be fewer compatibility headaches for those who make the switch. Add to that a retooled taskbar,
Office Pro 2010 Key, simpler home networking, faster start-up,
Microsoft Office 2007 Ultimate, and more, and
Windows 7 may succeed where Vista failed.
