Bernie Williams, Rocking and Rolling His Way Back Into Our Lives
Just when you think you've had your fill of Bernie Williams, just when you think that, after his failure to get a contract with the Yankees in spring training, Bernie will have retired to the countryside to gently strum his guitar next to a stream ... well, you'd be wrong. Because Bernie's back!
In the midst of a New York Daily News story mostly detailing Williams' post-baseball music career -- apparently, he's actually a really good guitar player, among other revelations -- Bernie makes it clear he'd like to play baseball again:
"I'd be lying if I were to say,
hogan discount, 'I'm done with (baseball),'" Williams says. "I still miss playing. I have to be honest with myself. In my mind, there are still a lot of unresolved issues as far as baseball and my career is concerned."
Williams is in regular touch with Torre,
womens nike shoe, Jeter, Posada and Bobby Abreu. It feels good to keep current with the pulse of the season. What will next season bring? A source close to Williams believes his comeback would be with the Yankees, or not at all. "It's not like he's going to start making calls to teams next spring to see if he can get a job," the source says.
While I find it hard to believe Williams would come back for anything more than a small, one-year contract, it's an enticing thought, especially for Yankees fans. Williams is, after all,
sennheiser store, a True Yankee,
cheap tory burch flats, and I bet some fans (and notable writers) would prefer he take A-Rod's place in the lineup. Of course, these people are certifiably baseball-insane, but still,
five finger, they exist, and we most mock them accordingly.

tod-Christmas Day Reader Live-Blog_2343
Today I am leaving for a two week vacation to Europe. My long lost college roommate and I are going to be hitting up Spain and Italy and in Italy Vlad will be meeting up with us for a Gondola ride or two! I am super excited for this vacation and this time will actually be vacationing. We are lucky enough to have someone who will write posts for me while I am gone, Nerdphanie! You all remember her as a guest blogger! Now she is signed on as a two week blogger to fill my spot. She will bring you lots of new bags and goodies to look at. I will be posting sporadically, but not my usual four or five posts a day
