本网济南9月10日电（记者赵秋丽通讯员翟成新）从济南第十一届全运会传来喜讯，阳信鸭梨被指定为全运会专 用水果。这是阳信鸭梨继去年被指定为2008北京奥运会专用水果后的又一殊荣。地处鲁北的阳信县是著名的中 国鸭梨之乡，阳信鸭梨是阳信的主要传统栽培果树，栽培历史悠久，迄今已有1300多年的栽培历 史,足浴盆。是唐代土生梨经过历代选优汰劣逐渐形成的鸭梨优良品种，色泽金黄的阳信鸭梨因其果梗部壮似鸭头而得名。它 个大、皮薄、核小、无渣，营养丰富，脆嫩多汁，酸甜适度，品质上乘，富含人体所必需的15中氨基酸、维生素 及“SOD”，具有止咳化痰，清肺润喉之功效。在1985年全国优质水果评选中，获得金杯奖，1988年在 全国优质水果评比中，获得梨系列总分第一名，1990年被指定为北京第十一届亚运会专用水果。1992年， 在中国首届农业博览会上，获得金质奖，是山东省参展水果中唯一的金牌得主,www.hhd888.com，也是山东省唯一的10连冠优质水果，被中国绿色食品发展中心评为绿色食品，成为山东省唯一、全国第二个获 得此殊荣的梨产品。经国家经贸委批准获得自营出口权，被国家计委定为全国鸭梨生产基地县，1998年，被国 务院发展研究中心等单位联合命名为中国鸭梨之乡。2000年10月份，阳信鸭梨被评为国家名牌，11月份， 又被评为山东省果品精品。阳信县成为山东省经济林标准化生产示范县。2007年3月，阳信县被中国果品流通 协会正式命名为“中国优质鸭梨基地重点县”，阳信鸭梨被命名为“中华名果”。2008年，被指定为北京奥运 会专用水果。目前，阳信梨已形成早、中、晚不同时期成熟的56个品种。为保证阳信鸭梨品质，阳信县重视质量 安全，从源头抓起，建立绿色食品检测中心，围绕鸭梨生产质量安全，实施阳信鸭梨标准化生产，从无公害食品到 绿色食品，以及开发功能食品，改变品种单一且不易贮存的粗放生产、经营。先后制定出台了《阳信鸭梨标准化生 产技术规程》、《阳信鸭梨绿色食品标准化生产技术规程》，《阳信鸭梨质量等级标准》，健全了鸭梨生产的标准 化体系。对果园严格实行统一修剪、统一施肥浇水、统一用药防治、统一授粉疏果、统一套袋、统一采收等“六统 一”的生产方式。在鸭梨生产的各个时期，林业技术人员深入果园对标准的实施情况进行检查，逐步健全了果品检 测体系，根据检测结果，控制浇水量、施肥种类和施肥量，合理选择采摘时间，保证和稳定了鸭梨的品质，增强了 市场竞争力,光波炉。相继敲开了美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、欧盟、阿拉伯等20多个国家市场的大门，成为美国沃尔玛等国家超市的 果品采购基地。阳信县还先后投资3000多万元，研究引进深加工的新工艺、新技术，开发鸭梨系列产品，建成 了鸭梨汁、鸭梨醋等食品加工企业,www.mtgbl.com。指导梨农建起了160余座恒温库，使贮藏保鲜量达到总产量的40％左右，阳信鸭梨由原来的每年九、十月份 集中销售变为常年销售，不仅满足了客户不同时期的供货需求，而且掌握了市场主动权。今年6月6日，全国梨重 点区域发展规划（2009-2015年）出台，山东阳信梨被列入全国梨重点区域发展规划。据悉，被列入全国梨重点区域发展规划的地区， 国家将针对重点区域和特色梨的产业现状、主要问题、主攻方向和发展目标，重点建设梨品种改良中心、梨加工技 术中试基地和梨出口示范基地，同时强化实用技术推广。进一步加强对苗木、果品生产、流通和市场的管理，制定 或修订苗木、生产技术规程和与国际市场相适应的梨质量分级标准，加快标准实施步伐，建立健全与国际接轨的果 品质量认证制度，推进优质优价。推进产业化进程。扶持、培育龙头企业，支持科研机构与企业联合研发新产品、 改革新工艺，大力发展“公司＋农户（基地）”的产业化经营模式，推进订单生产；提高梨分等分级和包装上市率 ，实施品牌战略；推进梨深加工，增加产品附加值；鼓励企业按出口目的国标准组织生产，提高产品质量，扩大出 口数量，提高出口创汇能力。阳信县被列入全国梨重点区域发展规划，将给阳信鸭梨带来极好的发展机遇。9月1 3日，笔者在阳信采访中得知，阳信县为保证鸭梨的食品安全，让广大运动员、教练员届时吃上上乘的阳信鸭梨， 阳信县大力引进推广“三安”模式，建设高标准的梨示范基地，加强基础设施和标准化生产体系的建设,生产推广 了富硒梨。据了解，硒是一种稀有的准金属元素，已被世界卫生组织确定为继碘、锌之后的第三大营养保健微量元 素，享有“抗癌之王”和“天然解毒剂”的美誉。阳信县林业局局长王希华介绍：“阳信富硒梨示范栽培成功并且 获得全国认证，在全县20万亩梨园中大面积推广，进一步提升了鸭梨品牌，使阳信鸭梨将以最优良的品质走向全 运会。”
