一、天天都要运动

八、饭后先收拾厨房

吃完饭后别马上坐下或躺下休息,可先收拾餐桌、洗涮碗碟,再干点其他的活。总的来说,饭后强迫自己运动15 分钟。

九、多多交往

善于交际的人比孤僻的人生病的几率少一半。
