Lap 20: The great thing about this hotel is having the option. If you fancy a relaxing cool off in an infinity pool (one of two actually) before heading over to what can only be described as a double bed (they call them sunloungers) and burying yourself in a mag, great.

Yas sees people instead of stereotypes and actually gives you what you want rather than what our gender says we should want. It was on to a facial and a relaxing afternoon in a colour-sensitive rotunda. Even I gave in (although I did become concerned I was morphing into a real girl) and had my nails sorted.
The Yas Hotel Girls Island Getaway landed on my desk. I vaguely recall feeling nauseous, wondering whether pre-menstrual cramps could be brought on by the assignment title alone and considered making my excuses there and then.
Do not read on if you are one of those guys, instead, just head back to the Fifties. For everyone else,
mercurial vapor, how about something slightly closer to reality and the year we've just stepped into?
Pit stop: Espa at the Yas Hotel takes things to another level. Having never had a facial in her life it was my little sister who reaped the benefits here. Jo went aromatherapy the whole way,
piumini moncler, while I went for a painful pummel in a bid to shift a few 20-kilometre run knots and tension.
But what if you want more? Well ladies, I'm here to tell you Yas has it all.
If goggling up and hitting the lap lane for a swift 40 lengths in preparation for an Olympic triathlon (one of which took place in the Yas Marina waters this morning) and topping up with an energising fruit smoothie afterwards is your idea of real fun, knock yourself out. The guys will even provide you with waterproof heart monitors.
Racing for dinner: The package includes a set-menu dinner at Nautilus and it won't disappoint (unless you don't eat fish as there doesn't appear to be an alternative). Delicious crab chowder, grilled hammour and a chocolate fondant are exquisitely presented and the service is second to none.
On the grid: On first inspection your room looks clean,
moncler, crisp, white and girl-friendly (flowers, chocolates and white robes firmly in place). Pull back the curtain, though,
abercrombie and fitch, and be transported into greasy overalls. Imagine the smell of engine oil and rush of adrenalin as cars race under the room on the track below. F1 fan or not, it gets more than your mind racing.
The final straight: Endless chick flicks in the room,
doudoune moncler, beverages at Skylite or a dance in Rush — when night falls, the options are, once again, aplenty. A late check-out means you don't have to leave the room until 6pm — and this gives you a second day to catch some rays in five-star surroundings.
Facials,

abercrombie, talking about boys and only eating plates of fruit for breakfast? Not my style.
