Liquid Lines

One of the trendiest looks currently is the smokey eye,moncler, an extremely dramatic way of making eyes drawattention. This look requires a finer line under the eye as compared to the one on the upper lid. Draw the finer line along the lower lash line from the inner corner of the eye all the way out to the edge under the brow. On the upper lid, go with a more pronounced line to a third of the way and then using smokey eye pencil extend the line just beyond the eye corner.
Under-Eyeliner
This look is similar to the traditional way of lining eyes but this calls for a more pronounced accentuation of the inside of the lower lid. It makes the eyes look dramatic. Pull down very gently the lower rim and draw a line close to the lashline to fill in. For the upper lashline, simply draw a fine line. Avoid pencil contact with the eyes.
