I usually cooked pancit bihon the way they cook it on Chinese restaurant, Chinese restaurant usually cook it with a lot of broth unlike with Filipino that prefer it dry. Anyway here is my method of cooking for this delicious Chinese -filipino noodle recipe, pancit bihon.
Ingredient for Cooking :
1 kg pancitnoodles bihon (Filipino rice Noodle)250 gram chicken breast, boiled 1n 1 litre of water and flake ( keep Chicken stock for future used)1 big Chinese kikiam

Direction for Cooking Pansit Bihon
In a deep bowl, dip pancit bihon to soften or boil in a casserole to pre cook and drain using strainer. In a separate pot, sautee garlic, onion. Add shredded chicken meat and soy sauce to add saltness and color. Cover pot to boil and simmer for 3-5 minute. Add kikiam, squid ball, and simmer for few minute then pour in chicken stock , chicken cubes seasoning and bring to boil and simmer. Lastly add pancit noodles
