冬季来临,许多人都开始注意进补健身,但是,有关专家告诫说,进补是有一定的学问的,应该遵循以下几项原则 。
戒乱进补
首先,应该了解自己该不该补,属于何种体质,属于何脏何腑有虚。一般而言,中年人以补益脾胃为主,老年人以 补益肾气为主。但具体到个人,又有气虚、血虚、阴虚、阳虚、气血阴阳共虚等不同,要认真分析,最好在有经验 的医生指导下判定。这样,才能有的放矢,不犯虚虚实实之戒。
  补而戒腻
对于身体状态不太好,脾胃消化不良者来说,首先是要恢复脾胃的功能,否则服再多的补物也是无用。因此,冬令 进补不要过于滋腻厚味,以易于消化为准则。
补而戒偏
中医认为,气与血、阴与阳虽然是互相对立的两个方面,但是又互为生长,ad收腹运动机。冬令进补时也要注意兼顾气血阴阳,ad收腹运动机,不可一味偏补,防止过偏反而引发它疾。
  外感戒补
在患有感冒、咳嗽等外感病症时,光波炉,不要进补,以免留邪为寇,后患无穷。
