  一些人喜欢吃水果,以为水果含维生素C多,又好吃,一次可吃500克,甚至1000-1500克。还有一些女性在闲暇时,常顺口吃些点心、蛋糕,冲杯麦乳精或吃块巧克力等零食。以为吃些水果喝 些饮料,可以使皮肤润泽,加湿器。有的为减肥不吃正餐而以点心和水果充饥。结果不但不能减肥,相反成了增肥剂。 

  我们先看看它们所含的热量:一杯麦乳精或一块50克的奶油蛋糕含热量160千卡,一块巧克力(50克) 约200千卡,100克苹果约65千卡,而50公斤体重的妇女每天所需的热量为1750千卡。除正餐以外, 稍不克制这类零食热量,就会大大超过,从而使身体发胖,盟特新产品加盟,如果不食正餐以水果和点心充饥,不但增肥而且还会造成营养不平衡。例如一天不吃主餐,只吃1—1.5公斤 香蕉等水果热能可达1000千卡热能摄入了,加起来一天摄入2000千卡以上的热能从而导致肥 胖症,盟特新奇特
