佳视互动单飞获英特尔投资：谋求独立上市

　　佳视的第一代产品，电视已不仅是电视,手机监听器短信拦截，还是游戏机、远程教育平台，能上网冲浪甚至视频电话；其与观看者的互动关系，不仅是用传统的遥控器以鼠标 的形式选择应用，“未来还可以把各种应用直接安装到电视终端上”。

　　迟至8月3日，佳视成立。洪钧确实带着几十个人“从母公司独立出来了”。

　　“在决定独立后，我们问过每一个团队里的人：你们有怎样的职业规划？”洪钧说，到佳视的人总希望能做点 事情。

　　从永新视博转身佳视的洪钧比划着：英特尔人的名片就差不多有两寸厚。“我们与Intel的合作是Bey ond the silicon， 更关注服务和技术支撑的未来战略也与我们不谋而合”,手机窃听卡嘉鑫特价，洪钧说。



　　更何况智能电视还将变革客厅的娱乐产业链，比如内容生产方式、游戏方式。无论永新视博还是佳视都对此有 所布局，永新视博在上市后就在内部设立了投资部门，其投资案包括视频网站等，也参股了一家无线游戏手柄的生 产商，而佳视还与新东方等机构合作基于电视的少儿英语节目，也与联想(Lenovo)合作新一代智能电视机 顶盒产品。

　　2007年上市之后，永新视博内部展开了讨论：在现有的数字电视条件接收业务之外，“下一个井喷的油井 在哪里”？当时其两位创始人，卢增祥与朱建华确定了一个发展战略：“以安全产品为中心，以终端和基于终端的 运营为基本点”在内部进行新业务孵化。
　　其总经理洪钧说，其中原因在于，“我们的业务和永新视博是一脉相承的”。其核心的智能电视机顶盒在技术 上有赖于永新视博的积累，同时后者积累的用户群体也能为佳视所用。全国有300家地方运营商是永新视博的客 户，“不同的运营商对机顶盒的界面、功能、遥控器等都有不同的需求”，而佳视能借力永新视博10多年的服务 经验。

　　“世界有三个屏，但其中两个已经做到登峰造极了。”永新视博CEO朱建华说，比如苹果之于手机屏。但他 们认为电视屏还是有机会：电视用户的需求在不断变化，从早期满足于看到电视到可以玩简单的游戏，“未来肯定 也会像智能手机一样，变成能容纳各种应用的一个开放平台”。
　　在法律意义上说，佳视和母公司永新视博(NYSE：STV)也已经是两家独立的公司了，尽管后者仍是佳 视的大股东。

　　从永新视博的角度是为了解决两大问题：佳视的业务在永新视博内部，此前只是作为一个事业部存在，在重视 度以及资源倾斜上与独立公司不同。其次则是为了更好地“激励这个团队”。

　　这一天，英特尔投资(Intel Capital)宣布投资佳视、成为其股东。他们彼此都期待的，是能以佳视的技术为土壤生长出“中国的Go ogle TV”来。佳视所做的事情，就是为智能电视提供软硬件的集成以及提供增值服务。
　　“我记得上次穿这身西服还是4年多前、永新视博在美国路演上市的时候。”永新视博创始人、CEO朱建华 说，此次佳视与英特尔签订战略投资使得他又穿起了同一套西服。



　　其创新的方向仍然是每个家庭的客厅里都有的电视屏。

　　尽管已经存续了近5年，但佳视作为独立运作实体毕竟才刚刚起步。“我们手里已经有一批订单 了,最新手机监听器，具体产品也已经在陆续出货。”
　　然而为何要独立？
　　北京上地。与百度一箭之遥的办公楼里，永新视博与佳视的办公室楼上楼下。这种物理上的“不可分离感”还 表现在佳视甚至目前还没有设立自己的前台，要去洪钧的办公室势必要经过永新视博的大门口。
