  对于经常坐位的白领女性来讲,骨盆健美练习是能拥有平坦的小腹的关键。
  靠在门框上,双腿微屈,上身先弯屈,盟特,然后踏住脚后跟和用盆膈肌肉使上身脊椎骨垂靠墙上(注意是垂靠,而不是紧压墙上)。双臂交叉 如同肩高,加湿器。背部从右侧往下做延伸动作,而位置站立不变。左右面两侧各练20次。
  双臂弯屈如同肩高。双肘放松地相互拉开,头向上提。将骨盆竖起,双足置于单杠杆下,双手握住单杠,上身 挺直向前弯屈,头顶向上提升,加湿器价格。下背向下放松,直至腰骶部感到非常轻松时为止。脚后跟踏地,同时将耻骨稍稍向肚脐移动。练12次。放松。 再练5次,0579-8736-8533
