日本茶俗，最引人注目的便是茶道。茶道,monster headphones sale，其实就是通过饮茶，对人们进行礼仪的教育和道德的修炼。众所周知，日本的茶和饮茶是唐时由中国传入的。“ 茶道”一词，也最早见诸于中国唐代史籍中。但日本人民是一个勤奋好这，而又善于创新的民族。在中国茶的影响 下，他们结合本民族的特点，为孕育具有日本特色的茶道打下了基础。宋时，日本高僧荣西禅师两度来浙江留学， 回国后写就《吃茶养生记》，这是日本最早的茶书。荣西认为，茶是养生之仙药，延龄之妙术。还认为，茶具有自 然之美，人情之美，茶是一种美的享受。在荣西的倡导下，有力地促进了日本茶的发展和饮用，因而，荣西被称为 日本的“茶祖”。接着，又有许多日本高僧来浙江余杭的径山寺学佛，特别是日本曾僧南浦绍明，不但勤研佛学， 而且认真学习径山茶的栽、制技术和寺院茶宴仪式，回国后加以广泛传播。日本《类聚名物考》载：“茶道之起在 正元中，竺前崇福寺开山南浦绍明由宋传入。”日本《虚堂智愚禅师考》也载：“南浦绍明从径山把中国的茶台子 、茶典七部传来日本。茶典中有《茶道清规》三卷。”表明中国宋时的径山茶宴和日本茶道有直接关系。16世纪 初，日本千利休把茶道从上层普及到民间，成为日本茶道“鼻祖”。以后，日本茶道又发展成多种流派，但它们大 同小异，其基本精神为“和、敬、清、寂。”
　　　　“茶道”是日本文化的结晶，它又是日本人生活的规范，是日本人心灵的寄托。今天，有五百年历史的日 本茶道迎来了空前繁荣。茶室、茶庭遍及日本各地；茶事、茶会已成为各种文化活动中的主要项目之一，千姿百态 的茶道已成为日本美的象征；有关茶道文化的电影、电视片、美术展、著述比比皆是。据统计，参加茶道活动的人 有五百万之多。从日本茶道可以了解日本人独特的饮茶习俗。
　　　　对于“茶道”的内涵，不仅全世界知之甚少，甚至连文化修养很高的日本学者，对其也不甚了解。在日本 ，大多数“茶道”文化工作者，也只是从艺术与礼仪角度，钻研其一点皮毛而矣。由于全面论述茶道，给其定义者 为数不多，以下仅以谷川流通三，久松真一、熊仓功夫诠释为例，试探日本茶道文化奥秘。
　　　　1、美学中心论。1977年，谷川澈三发表了《茶道的美学》一书。他以艺术的隔离性为根据，将茶道 定义为：以身体的动作为媒介而演出的艺术。他指出：所谓艺术的隔离性是有意识地与自然的世界和日常的世界隔 开,monster beats headphone。以此来确立艺术世界的自身的独立性。油画的画框，水墨画的装裱，雕刻作品的台座，舞台的帷，都是艺术隔离 性的表现。而在茶道里，同样是喝茶却不能像平时喝茶那样随便，而要求按规定动作喝；同样是行礼，不能随自己 的判断行礼，而要求在规定的时机行规定的礼，说规定的话。甚至一个“榻榻米”，走几步都有规定。由此，茶道 不能不归属于艺术范围。谷川澈三先生将茶道的内容归纳为四个因素：艺术因素、社交因素、礼仪因素、修行因素 。
　　　　这四个因素是相互关联、融为一体的。艺术因素凌驾于其他三个因素之上，它通过渗透到其他三个因素之 中而体现出它的职能。尽管在形式上四者缺一即不成其为茶道，但除艺术因素以外的社交因素、礼仪因素、修行因 素是可以在不同的场合得到特殊的发挥的。如在庄严的献茶式上，礼仪因素就占了主要位置,monster beats dr dre；在熙熙攘攘的大茶会上，社交因素就取得了主导地位；当一个茶人自点自饮时，修行因素就获得了重大发挥。如 用图进行说明的话，对四边形里的任何一个顶点加力，都会使其顶点突出出来，并且不会破坏四边形的基本结构。 谷川澈三先生的这一学说，受到日本茶道界的尊重。
　　　　2、综合文化论。久松真一先生（1989－1980），从宗教的角度对茶道进行了分析。他给茶道　 定义是：茶道文化是以吃茶为契机的综合文化体系。茶道文化具有综合性、统一性、包容性。其中包括艺术、道德 、哲学、宗教以及文化的各个方面。茶道文化的内核是禅。主张“本来无一物”、“无一物中无尽藏”的禅十分重 视日常生活的修行，即修行不必去读经，而要求在起居饮食的修炼上下功夫。茶道忠实地实践了禅的这一思想。茶 道对禅进行了一次宗教改革。它把禅从寺院中解放出来，回到露地草庵（茶庭茶室的别称）；把远隔世俗的禅僧脱 化为在家的茶人。茶道使禅与庶民生活相结合，创造了新的禅文化。这个新的禅文化生活包括了人间生活内容的全 部。喝茶、吃饭等极其寻常的事物里饮食着不寻常的宗教。久松真一赞赏茶道实现了真正的禅的理想。久松先生将 茶道舆禅联系起来的研究，以及对茶道所作的“综合文化体系”的定义，受到日本茶道界大多数学者 的赞同。
　　　　3、茶道世能论。熊仓功夫先生，从历史学的角度对茶道进行了分析。他主张茶道是一种室内艺能。艺能 是日本文化独有的一个艺术群。它通过人体修练来达到个人陶冶情操、完善人格的目的。它与音乐、舞蹈、绘画等 艺术不同，它不提供供人欣赏的作品。它的一次艺术的创作在完成的同时使消失。它有极大的包容性和伸缩性，男 女老少，都可以参加这一艺能活动，只要自己在其中自得其乐便是成功。日本的艺能包括茶道、茶道、香道、剑道 、弓道、能乐、俳句、歌舞伎、相扑等，分为三大类：舞台艺能、民俗艺能、室内艺能。茶道属于室内艺能。熊仓 功夫先生指出：室内艺能是只能在私人生活的居住空间或与其类似的空间里才能进行的艺能。它不仅要求集结在室 内的人都参加表演，而且要求室内本身就是一个艺术空间，室内的一举一动都要求格式化，按照一定的规则进行活 动。室内的艺能的气氛是高密度的、紧张的。能仓功夫先生是日本茶道研究领域的中坚，他的研究成果受到学术界 内外的注目。
　　　　现代日本茶道，一般在面向大小不一的茶室进行，室内摆设珍贵古玩，以及与茶相关的名人书画，但需少 而精。中间放着供烧水的陶炭炉、茶釜等，炉前排列着茶碗和各种饮茶用具。茶道仪式，可分为庆贺、迎送、叙事 、叙景等不同内容。友人到达时，主人已在问口敬候。茶道开始，宾客依次行礼后入席，主人先捧出甜点，供客人 品尝，以调节茶味。之后主人严格按一定规程泡茶，按照客人的辈份大小，从大到小，依次递给客人品饮。点水、 冲茶、递接、品饮都有规范动作。另外，日本茶道非常讲究茶具的选配,dr dre headphones，一般选用的多是历代珍品，或比较贵重的瓷器。品饮时，还须结合对茶碗的欣赏，然后连声赞美，以示敬意。此 时，主人宽慰点头，把茶碗端走。茶道完毕时，女主人还会跪在茶室门侧送客。
