Default 男性全身减肥操

男性在减肥的过程中也可以通过减肥操来达到,这些减肥操可以在看电视的时候做,在床上也可以做,有的在办公 室也可以做,所以是很好的运动减肥方式。不防一试。
动作一:胸部、肩部锻炼
  两脚踝关节以下搭在椅子上,两臂撑地,双手间距离略宽于肩,挺胸,不可耸肩,头与身体成一 直线,光波炉价格。然后两臂向斜后方成45度弯曲,再撑起。如此反复20-30次,健尔马足疗机,做3-5组。
  动作二:手臂锻炼
  双手扶住椅子,两脚平踩地面,膝盖微弯曲,上身保持正直。然后缓慢下降,当肘关节角度小于或等于45度 即可停住,红外线光波炉,然后缓慢撑起。反复25-35次,做3-5组。
  动作三:腹部锻炼
  坐于椅子前三分之一处,双手向后扶住椅子,稳定身体,收紧腹肌,双脚缓慢离开地面,腿微曲,尽量使身体 成“V”字状。如此反复30次,做3-5组。
  动作四:大腿、臀部锻炼
  单脚搭于椅子上,光波炉,另一只腿撑地,膝盖微曲,身体保持正直,收腹挺胸。然后身体缓慢下降,以支撑腿膝盖不超过脚尖为宜。一只 腿做15-30次,ad收腹运动机正品,两腿交换锻炼。做3-5组。
