  凹凸秘笈之美胸篇
  准备工具:3磅哑铃一个、稳固的椅子 
  ■ 次数:每15个为1组,共做3组
  ●动作一

  将背贴在椅上,两手虎口握住3磅哑铃,放在腰上,此时注意你的颈部与背部必须平靠在椅子上

  ●动作二
  手臂微弯,将哑铃往上举至胸部上方,此时记得胸部夹紧   
  ●动作三

     将哑铃往后举,让哑铃与身体呈一横线  

  凹凸秘笈之收腹美腰篇
  第一步:
  双手扶腰,单腿向前弓步,收紧臀部肌肉,盟特新产品,重心放在两腿中间,前腿膝关节不要超过脚尖,换方向交替做,左右一次,共15次。

  第二步:
     

  单手扶住椅子靠背,双脚呈外八字,脚跟抬起,臀部收紧,慢慢向下屈膝半蹲,收腹收臀共10 次。

  第三步:
  双手扶住椅背,单腿向后,收紧臀部,挺腰收腹。左右一次,共做15次。

  第四步:
  双手叉腰。单腿放在椅子上,腿部伸直,臀部收紧,然后慢慢曲膝。半蹲、收腹、立腰。每条腿 做10次。

  第五步:
  跪在地板上,双肘关节支撑身体,单腿向上,膝关节弯曲,脚尖回勾。以臀部为支撑点,然后慢慢向上将腿部 伸直,臀部收紧。每条腿各10次,光波炉批发

  注意:每组做完后要休息1分钟左右,光波炉批发,否则太大的强度反而对身体不利哦!
