散步

骑自行车能增加冠状动脉的血流,因此比步行更适合于高血压合并冠心病的患者。
太极拳
适用于各期高血压患者。太极拳对防治高血压有显著作用。据北京地区调查,长期练习太极拳的50-89岁老人,其血压明显低于同年龄组的普通老人。
气功
据我国医学人员对气功疗法降压原理的研究证实,加湿器,气功对高血压患者有明显治疗作用,光波炉的危害应注意几点。用气功治疗高血压的近期有效率可达90%左右。美国也有报道说,用气功治疗高血压,半年后约75%的人有 效。
