　　胡志勇则告诉记者，儿子生前干铁路公安工作到处跑，大女儿有病不能自理，二女儿婚姻多次变故，失业下岗 ，眼见自己年纪大了没人照顾，便找了个老伴互相照应。当时，儿女们都没有反对。为了减少生活上的矛盾，老胡 把单位分的房子让给大女儿和二女儿住，自己和老伴外出租屋住，为了节省房费，出租屋换了好几次。老胡称，希 望能拿回其中的40万元，和老伴回山西老家买房子安度晚年，其它的留给两个女儿。
