Default 臀部健美操让你的身材更匀称

爱美是妇女的天性,除了面孔美丽之外,身材的匀称美也同样不可忽视。由于女性在青春期,尤其是 中年以后,光波炉团购,腰、臀部及大腿既容易积聚脂肪,又容易日变松弛,再加上中国人一般身长腿短,就使得身材的曲线美大打折扣 。如果能使臀部后面和侧面的肌肉往上提,使之结实而不再下垂,这样看起来腿部就显得较为修长美观。下面介绍 一组臀部健美操,若能每日操练1~2遍,相信你很快就有收益。

练习一:仰卧,屈膝,脚尖着地,两臂贴近身体平放地上。先将右侧小腿抬高向前平伸,脚尖向前,然后向上尽量 伸直右腿,稍停片刻,再回复小腿平伸状,最后还原,如此反复10次。右腿做完后换左腿按同样方 法也做1次。

练习二:俯卧,加湿器批发价格,下巴搁在两手上,收紧臀部肌肉,然后脚尖向下,向后上方抬高右腿,再放下,盟特新奇特产品,注意腿要伸直,共做2次,之后换左腿同样操作。

练习三:屈膝跪下,光波炉的危害应注意几点,两手按地,将右腿抬至臀部高度,然后先向左边摆动,再向右边摆动,左右摆动为1次,共做10次。换左腿时 ,先向右摆动,再向左摆动,其余动作相同。

练习四:屈膝跪下,两手按地,眼向前看,将右腿提高,右脚上抬至臀部,脚尖向后,停留片刻,再放下,共进行 10次,左腿也如此。

练习五:俯卧,脚尖着地,先将两腿分开,并抬高骨盆,再慢慢将两腿合拢,同时收紧臀部及腹部的肌肉,继而放 松,如此反复10次。
