  她的做法是这样子的:
1、每天睡前蹬100下,有固定的节奏,不要一下快一下慢,速度适中就可以了,专心蹬,不要想别的就不会觉 得累了,光波炉的危害
2、蹬完后不要马上放下,保持预备姿势,把两腿并拢,向上直直地伸向空中,膝盖不要弯曲,脚尖蹦直。坚持3 分钟,然后慢慢放下,盟特新产品批发
3、做完以上动作,整条腿都会有些酸麻,这时记得一定要好好按摩一下腿部,盟特新奇特价格!!
