腹部减肥的练习动作
  练习一:水平仰卧举腿练习,将手放在头下或置于体侧,加湿器厂家,高抬双腿尽量与躯干角度缩小,采取快起慢落的方法,每组做20-40次,以每分钟30次左右 的频率,加湿器厂家,每分钟约消耗6-7卡的能量。
  练习二:水平仰卧起坐练习,光波炉菜谱,将手放在头下,两腿弯屈与伸直交替进行,上体尽量靠近大腿,每组20-40次,频率不变,所消耗的能量同 练习一。
  练习三:做水平仰卧起坐练习,将头部向下倾斜17度左右,每组做20-30次,频率不变,每分钟约消耗 8-9卡的能量.
  练习四:采取斜面练习法,将一长凳靠墙或其它物体,坡度约20度-30度,两手握住头上长凳两边,然后 做举腿练习,每组15-20 次,频率每分钟20次左右,每分钟约消耗7-8卡的能量,加湿器批发价格
  练习五:水平仰卧,以臀部为支点做折叠运动练习,两臂伸直手角及背,每组10-20次,频率每分钟约3 0次,每分钟约消耗10-11卡的能量。
  练习六:悬垂举腿练习,两腿尽量高抬,采取区别对待的原则,完不成的可给予助力,每组做5-10次,每 分钟约消耗4-5卡能量
