Sunday’s Work out Wanda: A twelve mile bike ride out to Bear Creek Lake Park. It absolutely was rather easy going but there were some extreme climbs.
This all went down on Sunday but with my insanely active timetable of temporary unemployment I just did not get time to submit about this. Certainly, playing MSN video games is extremely time consuming!
On Sunday night we headed out for any bike experience more than the Bear Creek Lake Park. After a breather, images and some drinking water we started our trip back again down and home. We took the wider paved trails each of the way approximately the lookout level but Chris talked me into single track about the way back. It absolutely was effortless ample single track but I do not like heading downhill on single track. I’m only a big child like that!
