women's nike heels , Wilbert that is very similar has a padded insole.Both are split toe designs that can be dressed up or down.I don't have any experiance with the shoes you posted but I do know AEs are comfortable and will last a long time.Some other AE styles that are discontinued but available and look similar to LLbean are the Holbrook
